          In 2000 The Warsaw Historical Society received funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered by the Arts Council for Wyoming County to publish Stepping Into the Past: Five Walking Tours of the Village of Warsaw, New York. This guide is the inspiration for this website.
